Job Profile

As a Web Developer at Nature Admire, you’ll play a crucial role in enhancing our online presence and user experience by creating dynamic websites that reflect our commitment to sustainability and adventure travel. You’ll leverage your expertise in web development, WordPress, SQL server, database management, and web analytics to design, develop, and maintain cutting-edge websites that engage and inspire our audience. Responsiblities

Website Development & Maintenance:
- Design, develop, and maintain dynamic websites for Nature Admire, ensuring seamless functionality, user-friendliness, and responsiveness across devices.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather requirements, define project scope, and implement creative solutions that align with our brand identity and business objectives.
- Regularly update and optimize website content, features, and performance to enhance the user experience and drive engagement.
WordPress Development:
- Customize WordPress themes and plugins to meet the specific needs and requirements of Nature Admire’s websites.
- Implement best practices for WordPress development, including coding standards, security protocols, and SEO optimization.
- Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues related to WordPress functionality, performance, and compatibility.
Database Management:
- Utilize SQL server and other database management systems to design and maintain databases for Nature Admire’s websites, ensuring data integrity, security, and efficiency.
- Develop and optimize database queries, stored procedures, and other database objects to support website functionality and performance.
Web Analytics & Optimization:
- Implement web analytics tools (e.g., Google Analytics) to track website traffic, user behavior, and performance metrics.
- Analyze website data to identify trends, insights, and opportunities for optimization, such as improving conversion rates, reducing bounce rates, and enhancing user engagement.
- Collaborate with marketing and content teams to leverage data-driven insights for continuous website improvement and optimization.

Requirements

Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
Proven experience 02 years and above as a web developer, with expertise in dynamic website creation, WordPress development, SQL server, and database management.
Proficiency in HTML, CSS, JavaScript, and other web development languages and frameworks.
Solid understanding of web analytics tools and techniques for tracking and analyzing website performance.
Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail, with the ability to troubleshoot and resolve technical issues efficiently.
Excellent communication and collaboration skills, with a proactive and customer-centric approach to web development projects.
Experience working in an agile development environment and managing multiple projects simultaneously.

Preffered Qualifications

Certification or additional training in web development, WordPress, SQL server, or related technologies.
Familiarity with version control systems (e.g., Git) and deployment tools for managing website code and updates.
Knowledge of SEO principles and best practices for optimizing website content and structure.
Passion for sustainable tourism and outdoor adventure, with a desire to contribute to Nature Admire’s mission of promoting responsible travel experiences.
