Day 2: Scenic drive from Haridwar to Sagar village (200 km, approx. 7-8 hours). Enjoy the changing landscapes of the foothills. Settle into comfortable accommodation at Sagar.
Day 3: The trek begins! Ascend from Sagar village to Ghora Lotani (8 km, approx. 4-5 hours). Lush forests and captivating views accompany your journey. Camp overnight amidst nature’s embrace.
Day 4: Brace yourself for a challenging climb to Rudranath Temple (3 km, approx. 3-4 hours). The spiritual significance and breathtaking views will leave you spellbound. Spend time at the temple, soak in the serenity, and witness the traditional rituals. Descend to Ghora Lotani for your camp.
Day 5: An easier trek takes you back to Sagar village (8 km, approx. 3-4 hours). Celebrate your accomplishment and enjoy the picturesque surroundings.
Day 6: Relaxing drive from Sagar village to Rudraprayag (110 km, approx. 4-5 hours). Explore the confluence of Alaknanda and Mandakini rivers, a sacred site. Overnight stay in Rudraprayag.
Day 7: Scenic journey back to Haridwar (160 km, approx. 6-7 hours). Relive the memories of your trek and immerse yourself in the vibrant energy of Haridwar.
Day 8: Departure from Haridwar. Take home unforgettable memories and a renewed appreciation for the Himalayas.
