About Agaya Gangai Waterfalls

Known as the “Ganges of the Sky”, the Agaya Gangai Waterfalls cascade from a height of 300 feet, formed by the Aiyaru River. This majestic marvel is reached by descending 1196 steps, surrounded by dense forests and ancient caves once inhabited by sages. The area is home to the Agaya Gangai Dwarf Gecko, a unique species found only in this region.

Day 2Agaya Gangai waterfalls - Arappaleshwara temple - Koli hills

Day 2 – Saturday, November 30th

  • Morning: Arrive at the homestay, freshen up, and get ready for adventure.
  • Trek: Explore the majestic Agaya Gangai Waterfalls, descending 1196 steps to witness this 300-ft marvel.
  • Brunch: Enjoy a delicious meal amidst nature.
