SUSTAINABLE GROWTH SPECIALIST: CRM & LEAD GENERATION

As a CRM Executive, you’ll play a pivotal role in managing our customer relationship management (CRM) system, driving lead generation efforts, maintaining a robust database, coordinating campaign posts, categorizing contacts across various professional fields, enterprises, or educational institutions, and gathering valuable feedback and insights. Your work will not only support our business objectives but also align with our values of sustainability and environmental stewardship.

Responsibilities

  1. Database Management:

    • Create and maintain a comprehensive database of customers, prospects, and leads, ensuring accuracy and relevance.
    • Regularly update and cleanse the database to uphold data integrity standards.
    • Implement categorization strategies to segment contacts based on professional fields, enterprises, or educational institutions for targeted engagement.
  2. Lead Generation:

    • Identify and pursue new business opportunities through strategic research, networking, and participation in relevant industry events.
    • Generate leads and qualify them based on predefined criteria, leveraging our commitment to sustainability to resonate with potential customers.
    • Collaborate closely with marketing and sales teams to develop lead generation strategies aligned with our brand values.
  3. CRM Software Maintenance:

    • Oversee the functionality and utilization of our CRM software, customizing and configuring it to meet the unique needs of Nature Admire.
    • Provide training and ongoing support to team members on CRM usage and best practices, ensuring efficient and effective utilization across the organization.
  4. Campaign Coordination:

    • Partner with our marketing teams to conceptualize and schedule campaign posts across diverse channels, including email, social media, and advertising platforms.
    • Delegate tasks related to campaign execution and monitor progress closely to ensure timely and impactful delivery.
    • Analyze campaign performance metrics and derive actionable insights to continuously optimize our outreach efforts.
  5. Feedback Collection:

    • Develop and implement strategies to solicit customer feedback, reviews, and suggestions, fostering a culture of open communication and continuous improvement.
    • Monitor customer satisfaction levels and identify opportunities to enhance the customer experience through proactive engagement.
    • Present feedback findings to relevant stakeholders, translating insights into actionable initiatives that drive positive change.
  6. Social Media Management:

    • Curate and manage Nature Admire’s social media presence, crafting compelling content that resonates with our audience and reinforces our commitment to sustainability.
    • Monitor social media channels for relevant discussions, trends, and opportunities to engage with our community authentically.
    • Collaborate with our marketing and communication teams to align social media activities with our brand ethos and overall business objectives.

Requirements

  1. Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field.
  2. Proven experience (2-3 years) in CRM management, lead generation, or similar roles, preferably within a sustainability-focused organization.
  3. Proficiency in CRM software (e.g., Salesforce, HubSpot, Zoho CRM) and Microsoft Office Suite.
  4. Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, with a keen eye for detail and a passion for building meaningful relationships.
  5. Strong analytical abilities, coupled with a results-driven mindset and the ability to thrive in a fast-paced, collaborative environment.
  6. Familiarity with social media management tools and platforms is advantageous.

Preffered Qualifications

  1. Certification in CRM software administration or relevant field.
  2. Previous experience in B2B or B2C sales and marketing, particularly within the sustainability or environmental conservation sectors.
  3. Proficiency in data analysis and reporting techniques, with the ability to derive actionable insights from complex datasets.
  4. Knowledge of search engine optimization (SEO), search engine marketing (SEM), and digital marketing principles.
