By making a reservation with Nature Admire Tours, participants acknowledge and agree to abide by the following reservation policies and terms and conditions:

Reservation Confirmation

• Your reservation is confirmed upon receipt of full payment or a specified deposit, as outlined in the booking terms.

Payment Schedule

• Full payment or specified deposits must be made by the designated deadlines to secure your reservation. Failure to comply may result in cancellation.

Payment Options

We offer a variety of convenient payment methods to accommodate our customers’ preferences:

Cheque:

• • Payments can be made by cheque, drawn in favor of “Nature Admire”.

Online Payments:

• • Our website accepts online payments through VISA, MASTER CARD, and AMEX cards. Additionally, we provide online bank transfer options through our secure gateway. UPI payment options are also available for your convenience.

EMI Purchase:

• Some banks offer EMI purchase options for our programs, allowing you to spread the cost of your adventure over time.

  Cancellation and Refunds

  • • Cancellations made by participants are subject to our cancellation policy, which may include forfeiture of deposits or additional fees.
    • Nature Admire reserves the right to cancel or reschedule tours due to unforeseen circumstances, in which case participants will be offered alternative arrangements or a refund.
    • Refund processing times may vary depending on the method of payment and applicable terms and conditions.

  Cancellation Policies:

  Our travel experiences often involve third-party arrangements for transportation (such as trains, flights, local chartered taxis), guides, and accommodations (including camps, hotels, resorts), along with various activities.

  • • Transportation:

      • • Cancellation rules for transportation services are governed by the policies of the respective authorities/entities involved (such as IRCTC, Airlines, redbus, Government bus services, and Taxi companies) at the time of journey cancellation.

      Guides:

      • • Given that we pre-book guides with advance payments, which are integrated into our packages, a forfeiture of 25% of the tariff applies in the event of cancellation.

      Boarding & Lodging:

      • The majority of our packages include integrated accommodations and meals. Cancellation policies for boarding and lodging are determined by the owners/providers in accordance with their respective policies at the time of cancellation.

      Please note that cancellation policies may vary depending on the specific arrangements made for each trip. We advise all participants to review and understand the cancellation terms associated with their booked services.

      Participant Responsibility

      Minimum Participation Requirements
